Our vegan Apple Galette returns weekends this September for the season and for Fall holidays.  This galette is a perfect combination of a delicate pastry crust folded over cinnamon-sugared apples. 

Available fresh Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for Passover.

Ingredients

Filling Ingredients: Apples, org unrefined cane sugar, potato starch, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Crust Ingredients: GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, vanilla extract, grainless baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.

No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions
