GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), org cane sugar, eggs, org rice milk, expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil, grainless baking powder, sea salt, xanthan gum and lemon oil.
Unsalted butter, cream cheese, non-GMO powdered sugar, pure lemon oil, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Topped with candied lemon wedges.
Contains dairy, eggs and sulfites in lemon wedge decoration. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy and tree nuts.
Storage and Handling
Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 5 days. Time of thawing will vary and we recommend at least 3-4 hours before enjoying for frozen cakes. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness.
