Just like Nonna made, if you had an Italian grandmother.  Thin layers of our handmade pasta are filled with a mixture of fresh spinach, ricotta cheese and imported parmesan.  Try them Nudo, with just some olive oil and parm or with your favorite marinara sauce.  Cosi Buono!

Ingredients

Pasta Ingredients
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour), eggs, water, xanthan gum and sea salt.


Filling Ingredients
Org spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, sea salt, black pepper and nutmeg.

Allergens

Contains eggs and cheese. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, store refrigerated up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil. Add ravioli and immediately stir. Cook uncovered 4-5 minutes. Warm sauce of choice and add to ravioli. Buon appetito!
