Org unrefined cane sugar, water, rice flour, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, potato starch, Ener-G egg replacer, expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil, sea salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, cocoa butter, xanthan gum, natural GF and dairy-free flavors and baking powder.
Whipped Vegan Frosting Ingredients
Org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, org rice milk, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), vanilla extract and xanthan gum.
Semi-sweet chocolate (contains sunflower lecithin).

Storage and Handling
Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 5 days. Time of thawing will vary and we recommend at least 3-4 hours before enjoying for frozen cakes. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness.
