Our 8" Lemon Almond Ricotta Cake has returned for the season. This moist, spongy cake is a lemon lover's dream, and we've topped it with a layer of slivered almonds to give it an extra special crunch.
Ricotta cheese, org unrefined cane sugar, cage-free eggs, unsalted butter, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), non-GMO powdered sugar, sliced almonds, org lemon juice, grainless baking powder, org whole milk, vanilla extract, guar gum, almond extract and sea salt.
Contains almonds, dairy and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy.
Storage and Handling
Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 5 days. Time of thawing will vary and we recommend at least 3-4 hours before enjoying for frozen cakes. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness.
