mocha chocolate layer cake
- Mariposa's 3-layer 6" chocolate mocha cake is frosted with our improved (and lighter) whipped espresso frosting. This vegan cake is finished with a crown of dark chocolate covered espresso beans.
Please note: because this is a 6" cake, we can only fit so many letters...please keep your cake writing message short!
Cake Ingredients: Org unrefined cane sugar, water, rice flour, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, potato starch, Ener-G Egg Replacer, non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, sea salt, baking soda, natural vanilla, cocoa butter, xanthan gum, natural gluten-free and dairy-free flavors and baking powder.
Frosting Ingredients: Org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, org rice milk, GF flour (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), espresso extract, vanilla extract and xanthan gum. Decorated wtih dark chocolate covered espresso beans.
Allergens: Contains soy lecithin in chocolate covered espresso beans. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy and eggs.
Handling: Because our cakes do not contain any preservatives, they are stored in the freezer to maintain freshness. Time of thawing will vary. We recommend at least 3-4 hours for your cake to fully thaw before consuming. Store refrigerated until ready to serve.
