This fantastic combination of kale greens and ricotta make this ravioli pop with flavor. Our homemade ravioli pares well with any sauce or a simple topping of olive oil. A hearty meal for one or a nice-sized dish for two people.
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour), eggs, water, xanthan gum and sea salt.
Ricotta cheese, kale, Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, org garlic, org lemon juice, lemon zest, sea salt and white pepper.

Storage and Handling
Store refrigerated up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.
Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil. Add ravioli and immediately stir. Cook uncovered 4-5 minutes. Warm sauce of choice and add to ravioli. Buon appetito!
