  • Crust Ingredients: GF flour mix (organic brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca flour), organic whole milk, organic palm oil shortening, butter, xanthan gum, organic unrefined cane sugar, grainless baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.
    Filling Ingredients: Eggs, heavy cream, fontina, mushrooms, yams, fennel, carmelized onions, sea salt & black pepper.
    Allergens:  Contains dairy and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts and soy.
    Shelf-Life:  Store refrigerated up to 1 week. May also freeze up to 2 months.
    Warming Instructions:  To warm, thaw, then bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until warmed through and through.
