Cherry Cheesecake, single-serve, in a cup. Set on top of our graham cracker crust, this light cheesecake is brightened with our homemade cherry filling.

Offered fresh Friday, Saturday and Sundays in our bakeshops.  Not available by pre-order.


 

Ingredients

Crust Ingredients
GF flour mix (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), brown sugar, unsalted butter, org unrefined cane sugar, org palm oil, water, honey, cinnamon, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract, xanthan gum and sea salt.


Filling Ingredients
Heavy cream, org unrefined cane sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, non-GMO powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Topping ingredients: Tart cherries, sweet cherries, cherry juice, org unrefined cane sugar, arrowroot starch, lemon juice, sea salt and lemon zest.

Allergens

Contains milk. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, eggs, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Store refrigerated up to one week or freeze up to 3 months. Refreshing when enjoyed chilled.
