Hot Cross Buns return for the Easter season.  Containing California raisins and candied citrus, these lovely sweet breads are slightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Each 4pk comes with a piping bag of icing. We suggest warming the buns in the oven before piping the icing on top. Warm the icing bag between your palms to loosen the icing, then cut a small hole at the tip of the piping bag to pipe a cross on top of the buns.

Ingredients

Water, GF flour blend (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), Thompson raisins, org cane sugar, eggs, org palm oil, candied citrus, yeast, xanthan gum, grainless baking powder, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, baking soda, beet fiber, orange zest, ascorbic acid and nutmeg.

Icing Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar, water.

Allergens

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Heat in 325° oven until warmed through. Warm icing bag between your palms. Cut a small hole at the tip and pipe a cross over the top of buns.
