Start with a couple of round classic pumpkin cakes and add a dollop of our slightly sweet whoopie filling and pow - you have some delicious gluten-free whoopie pies. We have them seasonally in our bakeshops for the Fall.



Cake Ingredients
Pumpkin puree, GF Flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca flour), brown sugar, Earth Balance buttery stick, eggs, vanilla flavor, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum ginger, cloves, cinnamon and sea salt.


Filling Ingredients
Non-GMO powdered sugar, Earth Balance buttery stick, org palm oil and vanilla extract.


Allergens
Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts and soy.


Storage and Handling
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
