Pastry Ingredients
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, baking soda, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract and sea salt.


Filling Ingredients
Apricot preserve (apricots, sugar, water, fruit pectin and citric acid), dried apricots (sulphur dioxide preservative) and orange zest.


Icing Ingredients
Non-GMO powdered sugar, org rice milk and vanilla extract.

No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, eggs, soy and sesame.

Enjoy fresh, refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Toast to warm. Or enjoy at room temperature. Make sure filling isn't too hot before enjoying.
