Ingredients

Crust Ingredients
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, vanilla extract, grainless baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.

Filling Ingredients
Rhubarb, strawberries, org unrefined cane sugar, potato starch, organic lemon juice, orange zest, vanilla extract and sea salt.

Allergens

No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with eggs, tree nuts, dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Store refrigerated up to 1 week. May freeze up to 1 month.

Warming Instructions

To warm, set in 350⁰ oven until warmed through. Remove cake circle before baking.
