Our homemade cheese ravioli, made with ricotta, mozzarella and Italian Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, pare well with any sauce or a simple topping of olive oil and herbs. A hearty meal for one or a nice-sized dish for two people.
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour), eggs, water, xanthan gum and sea salt.

Storage and Handling
Store refrigerated up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.
Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil. Add ravioli and immediately stir. Cook uncovered 4-5 minutes. Warm sauce of choice and add to ravioli. Bon appetite!
