How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Orders for pick-up need to be placed by at least 2pm the weekday (Monday-Friday) before the day of pick-up. Unfortunately, our business office is closed on the weekend, so pre-orders for pick up on a weekend must be placed by 2pm the Friday before.


What is the best way to contact you?

Do you deliver?

At this time, we are not set up for local deliveries. We suggest you arrange with a courier service if you absolutely need a local Bay Area delivery. Another option is to ship our products. You can order our products on line at www.mariposabaking.com and have them shipped to your door.


How can I place a pick-up order?

The easiest way to order through our website pickup.mariposabaking.com which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Or you may also call in an order by phone. Please have your address, phone number and credit card information ready when placing order. Contact our customer service at 510-595-0955, 9am-5pm M-F PST


How can I cancel a pick-up order?

If you need to cancel your pick-up order, please let us know by 3pm the day before your order was scheduled. With proper notice, we can issue a full refund and remove the items needed from our production schedule. Call us at: 510-595-0955


Can I place a pick-up order for lunch or breakfast items?

Our breakfast and lunch items are made to order and cannot be pre-ordered ahead of time. These items only take a few minutes to make and you can order your food ‘for here’ or ‘to go’ at the counter.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal for online orders for pick-up. In our bakeshops, we accept cash, VISA or Mastercard.


Will I get an order confirmation online?

Yes, after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. An order number will be provided to you in these confirmations to reference your order. You do not need this confirmation to pick up your order -- We just need your name as a reference!
