We've tweaked our Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe again. The goal this time around was for a softer cookie. It's not quite as soft as a regular chocolate chip (as the gluten helps there) but our new and improved recipe is quite good. This great tasting cookie is softer than before.

Ingredients
GF cookie blend (rice flour, cane sugar, potato flour, tapioca starch, plant fiber, baking soda, salt, natural vanilla flavor), soy-free semisweet chocolate chips, eggs, org palm oil, canola oil, brown sugar and guar gum.
Allergens
Contains eggs and sunflower lecithin in semisweet chocolate chips. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts and soy.
Storage and Handling
Enjoy fresh, keep in an air-tight container for up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.
