Chocolate Cake Ingredients: Org unrefined cane sugar, water, rice flour, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, potato starch, Ener-G Egg Replacer, non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, sea salt, baking soda, natural vanilla, cocoa butter, xanthan gum, natural gluten-free and dairy-free flavors and baking powder.
Vanilla Frosting Ingredients: Powdered sugar, soy-free Earth Balance buttery stick, org palm oil shortening and pure vanilla.
Allergens: May contain soy lecithin in any semi-sweet chocolate writing. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy and eggs.
Handling: Because our cakes do not contain any preservatives, they are stored in the freezer to maintain freshness. Time of thawing will vary. We recommend at least 3-4 hours for your cake to fully thaw before consuming. Store refrigerated until ready to serve.
