Chocolate Cake Ingredients: Org unrefined cane sugar, water, rice flour, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, potato starch, Ener-G Egg Replacer, non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, sea salt, baking soda, natural vanilla, cocoa butter, xanthan gum, natural gluten-free and dairy-free flavors and baking powder.
Whipped Vegan Frosting Ingredients: Org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, org rice milk, GF flour (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), vanilla extract and xanthan gum.
Cake Writing: semi-sweet chocolate (contains sunflower lecithin).
Allergens: Contains no known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, soy and eggs.
Handling: Because our cakes do not contain any preservatives, they are stored in the freezer to maintain freshness. Time of thawing will vary. We recommend at least 3-4 hours for your cake to fully thaw before consuming. Store refrigerated until ready to serve.
