Org unrefined cane sugar, water, rice flour, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, potato starch, egg replacer, canola oil, sea salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, cocoa butter, xanthan gum, natural GF and dairy-free flavors and baking powder.

Whipped Vegan Frosting Ingredients
Org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, org rice milk, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), vanilla extract and xanthan gum.

Cake Writing
Semi-sweet chocolate (contains sunflower lecithin).

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 5 days. Time of thawing will vary and we recommend at least 3-4 hours before enjoying for frozen cakes. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness.

Perfect and so delicious 😋

Black & white perfection

Loved the 1:1 cake to frosting. Cake stays moist over days in the fridge. Loved and will get again!

Pretty good

The cake is pretty good, but the amount of icing divided the room. Those who like heavy frosting frosting were ok with it. It really does need to be completely thawed to get the whipped frosting texture, which the cake layers needed for moisture. We usually go with the white/ strawberry or chocolate mocha layer cakes, which I think are a perfect frosting to cake ratio for us.
