Pastry Ingredients: GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, baking soda, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract and sea salt.
Filling Ingredients: Wild blueberries, org unrefined cane sugar, water, org lemon juice, blueberry compound and arrowroot starch.
Icing Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar, rice milk, blueberry compound and natural blue food gel. May be topped with white non-pareils.

No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, eggs, soy and sesame.

Enjoy fresh, refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Toast to warm. Or enjoy at room temperature. Make sure filling isn't too hot before enjoying.
