Mariposa's King Cake is moist and swirled with cinnamon.  Here until Mardi Gras, this cake is our gluten-free version of a King Cake -- without a baby inside. 

Our King Cake is approx 7.5" and would serve about 4-6 people. It is sold glazed with Mardi Gras color sugar crystals packaged separately.  Purple represents justice, green represents faith, and gold represents power. 
Warm cake in oven before serving, sprinkle with colored sugar and enjoy!

Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), org rice milk, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, org palm oil, non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, yeast, xanthan gum, grainless baking powder, sea salt, vanilla extract, baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Filling Ingredients
Brown sugar, soy-free Earth Balance buttery spread, cinnamon and GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch).
Glaze Ingredients
Non-GMO powdered sugar and water. May be topped with colored sanding sugar.

Allergens

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month.

Warming Instructions

Warm and enjoy!

Important: Remove cake board bottom before reheating.

To Warm: Set on baking tray and warm in 300F oven for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. Then decorate with colored sanding sugar. Serve and enjoy!
