Our Gluten-Free Panettone is a light, golden holiday bread filled with sweet raisins and candied citrus, rum and almonds.  Reworked for 2025, this holiday bread is softer and more delicate.  It’s a festive tradition reimagined — handcrafted for everyone to enjoy. Serves 6-8.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (org. brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org. amaranth flour), water, eggs, Thompson raisins, golden raisins, almonds, org. palm oil, org. unrefined cane sugar, candied citrus, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, fennel seeds, potato fiber, orange zest, rum extract and ascorbic acid.

Allergens

Contains eggs and almonds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Place in oven at 300⁰ until warm in the middle. Or slice and toast until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.
