Pappardelle pasta, a flat, ribbon-like noodle, derives its name from the Italian pappare, a verb which means “to gobble up.” Ideally served with thick sauces and even stews or roasts as the starch base. A hearty meal for one or a nice-sized side dish for two to three people.
GF flour mix (org amaranth flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), eggs, water, xanthan gum and sea salt.

Storage and Handling
Store refrigerated up to 5 days. May freeze up to 3 months.
Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil. Add pappardelle and immediately stir. Cook uncovered 4-5 minutes. Warm sauce of choice and add to pasta. Buon appetito!
