  • Pappardelle pasta, a flat, ribbon-like noodle, derives its name from the Italian pappare, a verb which means “to gobble up.” Ideally served with thick sauces and even stews or roasts as the starch base. A hearty meal for one or a nice-sized side dish for two to three people.

  • Ingredients: GF flour mix (org amaranth flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), eggs, non-GMO extra virgin olive oil, expeller pressed non-GMO canola oil, xanthan gum and sea salt.
    Allergens: Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts and soy.
    Shelf-Life: Store refrigerated up to 5 days. May freeze up to 3 months.
    Cooking Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil. Add pappardelle and immediately stir. Cook uncovered 4-5 minutes. Warm sauce of choice and add to pasta. Buon appetito!
