Pappardelle pasta, a flat, ribbon-like noodle, derives its name from the Italian pappare, a verb which means “to gobble up.” Ideally served with thick sauces and even stews or roasts as the starch base. A hearty meal for one or a nice-sized side dish for 2-3 people.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (org amaranth flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), eggs, water, xanthan gum and sea salt.

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil. Add pappardelle and stir immediately. Cook uncovered 4-5 minutes. Warm sauce of choice and add to pasta. Buon appetito!
