Mariposa's spinach lasagne is an easy delicious meal. Our lasagne is a gluten-free version of a time-tested recipe from Patti's Mom. Made with Mariposa's handmade lasagne noodles and layered with ricotta, organic spinach and mozzarella, this lasagne is often quickly devoured.
Part-skim mozzarella, ricotta cheese, spinach, eggs, parmesan cheese, fresh Italian parsley, sea salt and black pepper.
Imported Italian plum tomatoes & puree, org red onions, org roma tomatoes, water, non-GMO extra virgin olive oil, expeller pressed non-GMO canola oil, garlic, fresh basil, salt, black pepper and citric acid.
Eggs, organic amaranth flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, water, xanthan gum, and sea salt.

Storage and Handling
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
Lasagne is fully baked. Remove lid to reheat. Conventional Oven: From refrigerated, warm on baking tray in 350˚ oven until center is hot (approx. 10-14 min). Important: Do not bake in oven over 400˚. Microwave: Remove plastic lid and reheat in microwave until center is hot. Cooking times may vary. Let stand 3 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
