Return Policy

Mariposa Baking produces and sells perishable baked goods.  As such, we DO NOT accept returns on food.  Additionally, we cannot accept returns on e-gift or in store cards. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may provide refunds for products that do not meet our quality standards.

Mariposa is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information provided; or for the inability of a recipient to receive the order. Mariposa is also not responsible for damage or loss due to improper receiving, storage or handling after reciept.

Refunds
We are happy to assist in resolving your order and may approved a refund for items that don't meet our quality standards. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since a processed cancellation or an authorized refund and a credit is not reflected, please contact us at info@mariposabaking.com.
