Ingredients

Filling Ingredients: Apples, org unrefined cane sugar, potato starch, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Crust Ingredients: GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, vanilla extract, grainless baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.

Allergens

No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Place in 350⁰ oven until warmed through. Times and temps may vary.

The apple galette was my #1 choice for the sweet to celebrate my birthday. The Mariposa gluten-free is the best. My birthday friends were impressed. I praised Mariposa and told them where to find it. I get it for my son in Petaluma who requires gluten-free. You bake many other items that are outstanding too!
