Our rustic Apple Galette is made with a tender, flaky gluten-free crust and filled with a combination of sweet and tart apples. Delicately spiced with cinnamon, this galette is baked until golden and caramelized.  

Available fresh Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays beginning Sept. 4th. Also available 9/9-9/10 for Rosh Hashannah.

Ingredients

Filling Ingredients: Apples, org unrefined cane sugar, potato starch, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Crust Ingredients: GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, vanilla extract, grainless baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.

Allergens

Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, eggs, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Place in 350⁰ oven until warmed through. Times and temps may vary.
