Mariposa's calzone is an Italian favorite, similar to pizza but folded into a pocket. Our calzone is filled with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, chives and marinara. Additionally, we offer a ham and cheese version with nitrate-free smoked ham added inside. After being filled, the pocket is folded over, sealed, and then baked until golden brown. This handheld pizza pocket is a hot, on-the-go favorite!

Pastry Ingredients: GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org milk, unsalted butter, eggs, org unrefined cane sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, potato fibre and ascorbic acid. Filling Ingredients: Cheese filling (ricotta, mozzarella, fresh parsley, fresh chives and sea salt), homemade marinara (plum tomatoes, yellow onion, olive oil, garlic, fresh Italian parsley, oregano and black pepper). Ham Calzone: smoked ham.

Enjoy heated from our cafes, or if taking home - keep refrigerated up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
