Mariposa's carrot cake returns for the season.  Filled with carrots, walnuts, coconut, dried apples and raisins, and layered with our homemade cream cheese frosting, this cake is sure to please.  We think you'll agree.

Ingredients

Cake Ingredients
GF flour mix (organic brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org carrots, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, pure orange juice, canola oil, golden raisins, walnuts, natural unsulphered dried apples, org coconut, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla extract and xanthan gum.


Frosting Ingredients
Cream cheese, non-GMO powdered sugar, unsalted butter and vanilla extract.

Allergens

Contains walnuts, coconut, eggs and dairy. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 5 days. Time of thawing will vary and we recommend at least 3-4 hours before enjoying for frozen cakes. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness.
