GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), water, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt, yeast, beet fiber, apple cider vinegar and ascorbic acid.

Filling Ingredients
Gold potatoes, carrots, red onions, peas, fresh cilantro, masala spices, olive oil, canola oil, sea salt and garlic.

No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, eggs, soy and tree nuts.

Storage and Handling
Enjoy heated from our cafes or if taking home cold to be heated later - keep refrigerated up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months, then heat in oven at 350⁰ until heated through (oven temps and times may vary).
