Mariposa's Focaccia is a classic flatbread with a light, airy texture and crispy, golden crust.  Reworked in 2025, this rosemary-infused focaccia has a flavorful, slightly chewy bite. Our 6" x 8.5" focaccia is approx. 11 oz, and could serve 4-6.

** Focaccia is only available frozen.  We do not have a regular day when we bake it fresh.  Just warm in the oven before serving!

Ingredients

Ingredients: GF flour blend (tapioca starch, organic brown rice flour, potato starch, organic amaranth flour), water, eggs, olive oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, yeast, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, fresh rosemary, ascorbic acid and non-GMO beet or potato fibre.

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months

Warming Instructions
