Mariposa's Focaccia is a classic flatbread with a light, airy texture and crispy, golden crust.  This rosemary-infused focaccia has a flavorful, slightly chewy bite.

** Focaccia is only available frozen.  We do not have a regular day when we bake it fresh.  Just warm in the oven before serving!

Ingredients: GF flour blend (tapioca starch, organic brown rice flour, potato starch, organic amaranth flour), water, eggs, olive oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, yeast, org unrefined cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, fresh rosemary, ascorbic acid and potato fibre.

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months
