Mariposa's super-moist pumpkin muffin hails from a recipe Patti's sister made years ago to enter in the New York State Fair. The recipe won a Blue Ribbon then and in our opinion, it's still a Blue Ribbon recipe! This tantalizingly tender muffin is baked with pumpkin spices and tiny dark chocolate chips.
