Ingredients

Raspberries, ricotta cheese, org unrefined cane sugar, cage-free eggs, unsalted butter, GF flour mix (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), non-GMO powdered sugar, sliced almonds, org whole milk, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract, guar gum, sea salt and almond extract.

Contains almonds, dairy and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 7 days. As our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness. From frozen, allow cake to come to refrigerated temperature, about 3-4 hours, before enjoying.
