seeded whole grain bread
- New! We've been testing out a seeded whole grain recipe for the past month and are so excited to introduce a new loaf. It's moist and airy with a nutty flavor that makes for wonderful toast. Try it topped with peanut butter, cheese or hummus and veggies for a healthy, yummy snack.
Ingredients: GF flour (tapioca starch, org. brown rice flour, potato starch, org. amaranth flour), water, egg whites, org. palm oil, sunflower seeds, xanthan gum, org. unrefined cane sugar, yeast, sea salt, GF corn meal, flax seeds, GF rolled oats, millet, poppy seeds, sweet beet fiber, ascorbic acid and apple cider vinegar.
Allergens: Eggs and assorted seeds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy and soy.
Shelf-Life: Store room temp 2 days, refrigerated 1 wk or 3 months frozen
