In our efforts to rework cookies due to various ingredient shortages, we noticed that one of our recipe experiments mimicked the texture of a shortbread cookie. We thought, "Wow, this doesn't taste like the cookie we were aiming for, but it does taste like a shortbread cookie". While not a classic butter shortbread cookie, this cookie is a surprisingly lovely alternative. Simple in presentation and gluten-free, dairy-free for enjoying with tea or coffee.
At this time, Shortbread Cookies are available first-come, first-serve in our bakeshops.
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org palm oil, org virgin coconut oil, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, xanthan gum, vanilla extract and sea salt.
Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy and soy.
Storage and Handling
Store in airtight container at room temperature until expiration date on package.
