Mariposa's Tiramisu is our gluten-free version of this classic Italian dessert.  Known for its creamy texture and rich flavor, "tiramisu" translates to "pick-me-up" in Italian, -- which this cake does with it's coffee and cocoa. This decadent dessert is about 4-6 portions. Designs may vary seasonally.

Ingredients

Cake Ingredients: GF flour mix (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, coffee, org rice milk, canola oil, grainless baking powder, rum extract, vanilla extract, sea salt and xanthan gum.

CREAMY FILLING: Heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, org unrefined cane sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.

Allergens

Contains eggs and dairy. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
