  • This 6" cake is layered with 'buttercream' and sliced fresh organic strawberries. This light, vanilla cake is perfect with a cup of tea. It's a great little cake for smaller occasions. Serves 6-8 people.

  • Cake Ingredients:  GF flour mix (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, org rice milk, expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract, sea salt and xanthan gum.
    Frosting Ingredients:  Non-GMO powdered sugar, org palm oil, fresh org strawberries, Earth Balance soy-free buttery spread, potato starch and vanilla extract.

    Allergens:  Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts and soy.
    Storage & Handling:
     Because our cakes do not contain any preservatives, they are stored in the freezer to maintain freshness. Time of thawing will vary. We recommend at least 3-4 hours for your cake to fully thaw before consuming. Refrigerate up to 5 days. Slice and enjoy!
