Crust Ingredients: Mariposa graham cracker (GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), brown sugar, soy-free buttery spread, water, org honey, cinnamon, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract, sea salt and xanthan gum), unsalted butter and powdered sugar.
Filling Ingredients: Cream cheese, sour cream, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) and vanilla extract.
Allergens: Contains dairy and eggs.

Handling: Because our cakes do not contain any preservatives, they are stored in the freezer to maintain freshness. Time of thawing will vary. We recommend at least 3-4 hours for your cake to fully thaw before consuming. Store refrigerated until ready to serve. May also freeze up to 3 months.
