Mariposa's Apricot Yummy Tarts are filled with a bright apricot preserve.  These vegan pastries are reminiscent of a popular high school snack food.

Ingredients

Pastry Ingredients: GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, baking soda, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract and sea salt.
Filling Ingredients: Apricot preserve (organic apricots, organic cane sugar, apple pectin, ascorbic acid, citric acid), dried apricots (with sulphur dioxide) and orange zest. Icing Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar, org rice milk and vanilla extract.

Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, eggs, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Toast to warm. Or enjoy at room temperature. Make sure filling isn't too hot before enjoying.
