Ingredients

Pastry Ingredients: GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour), org palm oil, water, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, baking soda, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract and sea salt.
Filling Ingredients: Apricot preserves (organic apricots, organic cane sugar, apple pectin, ascorbic acid, citric acid), dried apricots (with sulphur dioxide), org rice milk and orange zest. Icing Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar, water and plant-based natural food coloring and plant-based natural decorating sugar.
