Ingredients

Cake Ingredients
Org unrefined cane sugar, water, rice flour, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, potato starch, egg replacer, canola oil, sea salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, cocoa butter, xanthan gum, natural GF and dairy-free flavors and baking powder.


Frosting Ingredients
Org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, org rice milk, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), espresso extract, vanilla extract and xanthan gum. Decorated wtih dark chocolate covered espresso beans.

Allergens

Contains soy lecithin in chocolate-covered espresso beans. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, eggs, and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 5 days. Time of thawing will vary and we recommend at least 3-4 hours before enjoying for frozen cakes. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness.
