Vanilla Strawberry Layer Cake






Our strawberry layer in this delightful 6" 3-layer cake features fresh homemade strawberry jam set between the layers for a bright berry note with every bite.  We think you'll enjoy this evolution.  Serves 6-8 people.

Cake Ingredients
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, org rice milk, expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract, sea salt and xanthan gum. 

Frosting Ingredients
Org strawberries, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, org rice milk, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), vanilla extract and xanthan gum.

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, soy and tree nuts.

Storage and Handling
Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 5 days. Time of thawing will vary and we recommend at least 3-4 hours before enjoying for frozen cakes. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness.
